State Police say the gun that was used by a three-year-old son of a Jackson County Sheriff's deputy when he accidentally shot and killed himself was not the duty weapon of Deputy Mark Easter.  State Police investigators say the shooting has been ruled an accident.  It's not yet known how the little boy got his hands on a gun. The funeral service for Michael Easter is set for tomorrow morning in Jackson.
