LANSING (WKZO) -- The effort to repeal the Michigan's Emergency Financial Manager Law is reportedly getting closer to being on the November ballot.
The group spearheading the effort says they have collected around 250-thousand signatures on petitions. They need 161-thousand valid signatures to have the measure placed before voters.
The group will turn those petitions over to state election officials on February 29th.
