 Apollo 11 Commander Neil Armstrong died from cariovascular complications at the age of 82.

The Navy fighter pilot, NASA's test pilot and astronaut had been enjoying his quiet lifestyle at his southwest Ohio farm the last several years.

Their 2 1/2 hours exploring July of '69 is locked in history, his modesty and accomplishments will always be an inspiration.
