The Fashion Police judge, Joan Rivers was protesting at Costco for not selling her book, "I hate everything starting with me".

 She shouts through a megaphone and cuffs herself to a cart. Then the police escort her out. 

So much for drama or just stumpin' for press Joan? It's shopping carts and the squeaky wheels that i hate.
